Welcome to Heart Health with Tracey ReNay. Now I know you are saying you haven’t read anywhere where I’ve said that I have a Phd, or an MD in medicine to be able to talk about the Heart. Well I’m an Expert in Heart Health Issues. Not quite the way you’re thinking but in the since that I have gone through and experienced some major “challenges” that were either directly or indirectly related to the heart; from death, divorce, loss, homelessness, despair, loss of friends, you name it. You see to me, these are all Heart Health issues and that’s exactly what this platform is about. We’re talking all things directly and indirectly related to the heart: physical, spiritual, emotional, and financial. Yes life, love, legacy and all things in between.
